Qualified learners will also find employment in independent workshops providing maintenance and repair services to users of diesel – powered systems, and will be recognised as skilled artisans. Perform preventative and scheduled maintenance on diesel powered systems. Will be able to dismantle, inspect, assess, repair and reassemble diesel powered systems and related system components. Diagnose and repair faults in diesel powered systems and related system components.
