You will explore and discuss different strategies and theories of leadership, identify the strengths and weaknesses of your own approaches to leadership and how these approaches will change as you progress through the program. Learners will understand the key role that developing and communicating vision plays in motivating others, and will develop an understanding of the skills needed for selecting, leading and developing teams.

This programme explains the concept of leadership and the difference between leadership and management. The leader will use creative and critical thinking processes and apply various leadership theories and techniques. The leader will be able to make the most of the following characteristics:
